Rent 1 Sale 1 Realty is opening a new franchise office in Cape Coral, Florida.  Charlene Rodriguez is the owner and operator.  She brings years of experience in residential real estate to the company.  In addition, Charlene worked at our West Palm Beach corporate office for two years as both a sales associate and a manager.  She is very familiar with the Rent 1 Sale 1 Realty system.  The office is expected to be fully operational byMarch 1, 2010.
